WORKING CONDITIONS IN GAUDI BAR
Gaudi Bar is located in El Ejido, a small town in the province of Almeria in southern Spain. The bar requires sociable, active, attractive girls to fill the vacancy of a hostess. Preference is given to girls from Moldova and the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan.
Basic requirements for girls: -beautiful appearance;
-slim well-groomed figure;
-age no younger than 19 and no older than 35;
-experience in consumption in nightclubs . Plastic girls with choreographic training can combine the work of a hostess and a strip dancer (surcharge is provided).
The girls’ daily work shift starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 01:30 AM. The club is open all week without days off. Girls are given a day off once a week on any day of their choice, but only by prior agreement with the club’s management.
The bar will reimburse the cost of round-trip tickets when working out a contract for a period of 3 months, but not more than 200 euros (both ways).
LIMITATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS OF GAUDI BAR
All working issues of the girl should be resolved with the leadership of the club in the person of his manager.
Forbidden:
-to spend the night outside the hotel apartments reserved for the girl;
-leave the bar with a guest;
-conflict with club staff or guests;
-come to work in sportswear and shoes;
-come to work shift in jeans .
RATES, PAYMENTS AND CONSUMATION AT GAUDI BAR
Gaudi Bar does not provide fixed rates for female work shifts. Hostesses work 50/50 with the bar.
The procedure for calculating payments for glasses:
-chapitas (cost 10€, of which the hostess gets 5€);
Gaudi Bar provides alcoholic and non-alcoholic consummation – at the discretion of the artists and hostesses, the choice of drink does not affect the 50/50 payout rates. Girls working in the Gaudi bar may not drink alcohol at all, limiting themselves to water or juices. privates – hostesses can dance for a guest or limit themselves to exciting communication.
Girls order champagne for private, for which payments are also provided:
– a little champagne Drinking for half an hour. The girl gets 25 % (with a bottle costing 100€);

For artists and hostesses dancing strip, the club provides payments for each dance in the amount of 25€. Gaudi Bar also practices salida: the guest buys the girl out of the club and goes on a date with her. It can be a joint lunch or dinner in a restaurant, shopping, a trip or just a walk. Redemption is carried out only with the consent of the hostess. The minimum amount of salida is 300€, of which the girl receives 180€. Daily wage payments are provided. All tips from the guests of the club the girl completely keeps herself. /b>
Comfortable apartments are provided for girls to stay. The rooms have wi-fi. The cost of accommodation (7€ per day, 49€ for a week) and taxi from the apartment to the club and back (3€) per day is paid from the girls’ earnings (10€ from the cost of the first glass of the evening is withheld by the bar to pay for accommodation and transfer ).
Gaudi Bar is a 10-minute drive away.
ATTENTION! When planning a visit to Spain during the cold season, you should definitely take warm clothes with you (not only outerwear, but also home clothes), as there is no district heating in the country and it can be cool in the rooms.
