Working conditions at the Soho club
Minimum the duration of the contract in the Soho club is 1 month.
The duties of the girls include pole dancing (static), private parties, communication with guests and active consumption.
You can take a day off 1-2 times per week by prior agreement with the club manager.
IMPORTANT! You don’t have to drink alcohol while working at the consummation at the Soho Club. This is a big plus compared to working for girls in most other European countries. If a girl does not want to drink alcohol, just warn the bartender before starting work.
Restrictions and Prohibitions in the Soho Club
There are a number of restrictions and prohibitions in the Soho Club, for violation of which girls can be fined or even get fired. The institution is prohibited:
-absence of a work shift without a good reason and prior agreement with the manager;
-intimacy with guests on the territory of the institution;
-meetings with guests outside the club (for the first violation – a remark, for the second – dismissal).
Working as a strip dancer in Estonia assumes that the girl will be responsible for the rules of the club, including observing the listed prohibitions.
The procedure for accrual and payment of earnings in the Soho club
There is no fixed rate in the Soho club. The dancer’s income consists of interest on drinks and privates.
A strip dancer’s earnings are calculated as follows:
-tips – 100% to the girl;
-drinks – a dancer receives 30% of the cost. The price of a cocktail varies in the range of 25-50€, the cost of a bottle of champagne is 100-1500€;
-private dance lasting 15 minutes – 100€. The girl receives 50% of this amount when paying in cash or 40% if the guest paid with a bank card.
Payments of earnings:
-daily if the guest pays in cash;
-weekly, if payment was made by card.
Conditions of accommodation and transfer
The most convenient and affordable way to get to Tallinn is by regular bus through Lithuania. At the bus station, the girls are met by a representative of the club and taken to the apartments (it’s free).
For the period of work in Estonia under the contract, the girls are provided with accommodation 15 minutes drive from the club building. Dancers travel from home to work and back by public transport at their own expense.
Girls are accommodated in apartments, 1-2 people per room. The apartments are in good condition, there is the necessary furniture, household appliances – everything that may be needed for life while working, with the exception of the Internet. Solving the problem with access to the global network is not difficult – you need to buy a local SIM card with mobile Internet.
The girls pay for their accommodation on their own. The cost is about 250 euros per month (it is recommended to check the current price information before leaving for the contract).
