Almería is a historic city on the Mediterranean coast in the province of Almería, which combines authentic Spanish culture, tourist traffic, and a vibrant nightlife. It’s here that a stylish two-level bar is located, offering women an excellent opportunity to earn money while living and working in one of the warmest and most comfortable regions of Spain.

WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE BAR
The bar welcomes attractive, well-groomed women with a desire to work hard and earn money. Slender, not overweight, attractive women aged 18 to 35 and at least 165 cm tall are sought after. They can get the dance floor going (dancers), create a lively atmosphere in the bar, and maintain an engaging conversation (hostesses). It’s important to be outgoing, approachable, able to maintain a conversation, and create a relaxed, festive atmosphere for guests. Experience in the consumer industry or nightlife is a plus, but not a requirement for all positions.
The following positions are open at the bar:
– strip dancer (topless with elements of pole dance) with consumption;
– go-go dancer with consumption;
– hostess.
Intermediate English is required, and Spanish is a plus. The minimum contract term is two weeks. The bar is open six days a week, with Sundays off.
Opening hours: weekdays from 19:00 to 02:00, Friday and Saturday from 19:00 to 03:00.
If there are still guests in the bar at closing time, the girls can, if they wish, stay longer and continue working.
To be approved for a vacancy, you must submit an application form and attach current, high-quality photographs; it is also advisable to provide a video.
For hostesses
The work is split 50/50 with the bar. All tips go entirely to the girl.
Hostesses can also additionally appear on stage: bar payIt costs 20 € for one song – a pole dance with stripping down to underwear.
For dancers (strip/go-go)
There is a fixed rate of €40 per day.
Additionally, dancers receive 50% of the consumption and 100% of the tips.
On average, 3-4 stage appearances are required per evening, but the number can vary from 1 to 5, depending on the number of guests in the bar.
Full nude private dances are also available for dancers.
The guest pays €75 for 10 minutes, of which the girl receives €40.

The bar offers non-alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic champagne for girls who do not drink alcohol.
Champagne prices (the girl gets 50% of the stated price)
0.3 l – €50 at the table / €100 in a private room (30 minutes of conversation)
0.7 l of Prosecco – €180 (1 hour of conversation)

For champagne orders of €50–€100, the hostess spends 30 minutes with the guest; for orders of €180 and above, the hostess spends 1 hour with the guest. The bar also offers private areas (champagne rooms), where hostesses can sit with the guest at a curtained table. This is a VIP experience for the client, and a higher income for the hostess.
Bar guests can pay for a date with a girl outside the establishment (rendezvous/salida system). The cost for the guest is €300, of which the girl receives €180. If the girl If you didn’t show up for work and went on a date with a guest without notifying the bar, you’ll be fined.
Payment frequency:
Interest on drinks and dancing is paid daily.
The fixed rate for dancers is paid once a week.
ACCOMMODATION
The bar provides free accommodation: two apartments, 2 girls per room,
There’s also one separate room with a large bed, suitable for one or two female guests. The apartments have three bedrooms, a common area, new bed linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. A bakery, Lidl, and pharmacy are within walking distance (about 5 minutes). Although the apartments are located just 900 meters from the bar, the club provides free transportation to and from work.
DRESS CODE
A well-chosen look is a guarantee of good earnings for performers at any nightclub or bar. Elegant and formal attire is encouraged for work at this bar. Dresses, heels, and neat pantsuits are acceptable—as long as the look is smart and appropriate for the party.
For dancers: evening attire is required during consummation, but personal dance costumes are required for stage appearances. After the performance, dancers change back to evening attire.
To complete a festive look, a beautiful evening makeup, a stylish manicure, and a fashionable hairstyle are essential. Don’t forget about perfume!
HOW TO GET THERE?
The easiest way is to buy a plane ticket to Málaga. From Málaga, take a bus to Almería (the last bus departs at 7:00 PM). Plan your ticket so you can catch this flight. In exceptional cases, if your arrival time is after 5:00 PM, you can arrange airport pickup in advance with the bar.
