WORKING CONDITIONS AT SILUET BAR
One of Granada’s best night venues – Siluet Bar – has open vacancies for hostesses and pole dancers for beautiful, sociable girls from the Baltic states and Moldova.
Main requirements:
• Age: 25–33 years old
• For dancers – ability to perform gracefully and confidently on the pole
• Strong motivation to work and earn
• Ability to work as part of a team, non-confrontational personality
• Well-groomed appearance, ability to create a full evening look (makeup and hairstyle)
Job duties include active and passive consumption.
Siluet Bar offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic consumption (juices, water), which is a big plus – hostesses can completely avoid drinking alcohol if they prefer.
Work schedule:
Mon–Thu: 21:00–03:00
Fri–Sat: 21:00–04:00
In summer: start at 22:00
Sunday – day off
Minimum contract – 2 weeks
If a girl arrives at work after 21:00, she works that night under a 30% revenue system (rule for those living in the club’s apartments).
PAYMENT TERMS AT SILUET BAR
Siluet Bar does not offer fixed salaries.
Hostesses are responsible for creating a fun atmosphere, drinking with guests, and dancing with them. Payment is split 50/50 with the bar.
Dancers perform pole shows – the number of performances is determined by management depending on guest flow.
• €25 per dance
• Guaranteed minimum: €50 per shift
• If a girl’s drink commission does not reach €50, the bar pays the difference
• Thus, dancers have a guaranteed minimum of €75 per shift (50 € + 25 € per dance)
• Hostesses have a guaranteed minimum of €50 per shift
Consumption rates:
Drinks at the bar counter: 50% of the drink price.
Example: a €12 shot gives the hostess €6. A €20 or €30 glass gives €10 or €15 respectively.
In private rooms, rates are higher:
– Small bottle of champagne (€100) = hostess earns €50 (consumed within 30 min)
– Large bottle of champagne (€200–300) = hostess earns €80–150
All tips from guests belong to the girls.
Private rooms can include dancing for the guest or simply chatting.
Payments are made daily. Earnings for the previous shift are paid at the end of the next shift.
Average earnings for girls who work steadily every day: €2000–2500 per month.
RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Siluet Bar maintains a loyal attitude toward staff, so there are only a few rules:
• Leaving the club with guests is prohibited
• Conflicts with guests or colleagues are not allowed
• Dress code must be followed – sportswear, sneakers, and jeans are strictly forbidden
• All work-related issues must be discussed with the club manager
• Fine for missing a shift – €30 (except in case of illness)
In case of illness, the director may check if the girl is at home. Accommodation is not charged for that day.
• Unexcused absence – €30 fine plus payment for that day’s accommodation
ACCOMMODATION
Comfortable modern apartments in a hotel are provided.
Each room is fully equipped for living and proper rest between shifts.
Accommodation cost: €5 per day (if earnings for that day are €40 or more)
1–2 girls per room (depending on occupancy)
Cleaning is done once per week by one of the girls (on rotation). If refused, a cleaner is hired for €15.
Siluet Bar is just 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel, so commuting costs and time are minimal.
According to girls’ reviews, living conditions are very comfortable: Wi-Fi, good furniture, and all necessary appliances are available.
Important note: from late autumn to early spring, warm clothes are a must – there is no central heating in Spain, so it can be chilly indoors.
