Belgrade’s combination of a modern atmosphere, convenient location, and high demand for nightlife makes it an attractive destination for the club industry.
In one of the districts with a vibrant nightlife, there is a club that invites girls to work as strippers, offering active consumption and transparent terms of cooperation.
Requirements for candidates for employment at the club
The club has a vacancy for strip dancers (topless) with active consumption.
Basic requirements for applicants:
• age up to 35 years;
• slim and well-groomed appearance;
• absence of excess weight;
• neat makeup and well-groomed hair during work;
• ability to dance and communicate confidently with guests;
• willingness to work in sexy lingerie or stage costumes;
• high-heeled shoes are required.
The minimum contract term is 1 month.
Schedule and working conditions at the club
The girls’ responsibilities include stage performances, private dances for guests, and active consumption.
A contract is signed with all the girls.
Club opening hours:
The club is open daily.
Monday–Wednesday and Sunday – from 22:00 to 05:00.
Thursday–Saturday — from 22:00 to 06:00.
One day off per week is provided.
After one month of work, two days off are provided.
Attendance at the club is mandatory on all working days.
Rates and payments at the club
Dancers’ income is made up of a daily rate, commissions on drinks and private performances, and tips from club guests.
Daily rate (all girls work topless):
• 30 € – for low level of dancing;
• 40 € – for a good level of dancing;
• 50 € – for low level dancing with full nudity;
• 60 € – for a high level of dancing with full nudity.
For pole dancing only, without removing underwear, a fixed rate of €40 is possible (subject to agreement).
Commission:
• 20% from sales of drinks;
• 30% off private dances;
• 100% of the tip stays with the girl.
Payments are made in cash, either daily or biweekly.
Estimated monthly income is between €3,000 and €8,000.
Private dances
The full cost of the service is indicated, the girl is paid 30%.
• table dance – 5 minutes: 4000 RSD (approximately 35 €);
• private dance – 10 minutes without nudity: 6000 RSD (approximately 50 €);
• private dance – 5 minutes with nudity: 8000 RSD (approximately 70 €);
• private dance – 10 minutes with nudity: 11,000 RSD (approximately 95 €).
The price in euros may vary depending on the exchange rate. Payment can be made in dinars or euros, depending on the woman’s preference.
Accommodation
The club provides accommodation in apartments in the Mirievo area, approximately 15 minutes from the club.

• up to three girls live in one apartment;
• if you want to live in the city center, the cost is €400 per month.
Dress code at the club
A well-chosen image is an important part of the work.
When entering the hall, sexy lingerie, stage costumes, a robe over lingerie, or a sexy dress are allowed.
The image must be neat and consistent with the club’s format.
