Requirements for Candidates

The club, in cooperation with Prestige Model Agency, offers a vacancy for strip dancers without consumption.
Basic requirements:

• attractive appearance (beautiful face, slim figure);
• age 18–35;
• height 165 cm or taller;
• flexibility and ability to perform elegant, erotic dance;
• good command of English;
• communicative, serious, and ambitious personality.
• To apply for the position, candidates must send an application form along with recent, high-quality photos (without Photoshop or filters). Providing a short video is also recommended.

Working Schedule and Conditions

The duties of the girls include only private dances ordered by club guests. Touching is strictly prohibited!
The minimum contract term is one month. Only girls legally allowed to work in the UK are accepted. All contracts are official.

Work days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Schedule:

Thursday – 21:00–03:00

Friday & Saturday – 22:00–05:00

Club fees:

Thursday – free,

Friday & Saturday – £30 per shift,

if working only one shift per week – £100.

On Thursdays, 2–3 girls work; on Fridays and Saturdays, 6–10.

For newcomers without UK experience, the first day includes training on how to communicate with guests and sell private dances. Experienced dancers only receive a brief refresher on club rules.

Accommodation: located a 15-minute walk from the club.
A private room with a bathroom and small kitchen; a shared kitchen with a stove is also available.
The first week of accommodation is free, allowing girls to settle in and save some money.
From the second week onward — £500–600 per month.

Dancers earn from private dances ordered by guests, based on the club’s official price list.
The goal is to sell as many private dances as possible.
Without a good level of English, it’s hard to earn well — training is available for beginners.

Payment structure:

Private Dances: £15 to the dancer from each £20 dance (club keeps £5);

VIP Dances: £80 to the dancer from each £120 dance (club keeps £40);

VIP Platinum: 50/50 split with the club.

Payments are made weekly in cash.
Average income: £100–£400 per night.

Rules and Restrictions

• The main role of the dancers is to maintain a luxurious, elegant atmosphere.
  Penalties or termination may occur for the following:
• lateness or missing a shift;
• leaving the club with a guest during working hours;
• bringing guests to club apartments;
• inappropriate or aggressive behavior toward guests;
• arriving to work intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Dress Code

A well-chosen look is key to good earnings.
According to Prestige Model Agency dancers, the ideal appearance is alluring, glamorous, and seductive — that’s what attracts high-paying guests.
Recommended outfits: provocative bodysuits, erotic lingerie, sheer robes, or impressive strip costumes.
Footwear is the dancer’s main weapon — take several pairs with you.
