Requirements for candidates for employment in the club

The club has an open vacancy for dancers in the strip genre. The main requirements for applicants are:

attractive appearance (beautiful face, slim figure);

• age from 18 to 40 years;
• height from 160 cm and above (not critical);
• plasticity, ability to dance beautifully and erotically;
• fluent level of English;
• sociability, seriousness, and ambition;
• must have work experience in a similar position (from 1 year);
• nationality — the club considers any nationality.

To be approved for the vacancy, it is necessary to send an application form and attach photos (high quality, without Photoshop or other editing tools). Providing a video is also desirable.

Work schedule and conditions in the club

The duties of the girls include stage shows, private dances, and consumption. The minimum contract period is 1 month (maximum not limited). Official employment in the club is possible, but work under a tourist visa for up to 3 months is also allowed. If desired, the club helps to arrange a work visa by invitation (processing time about 2 weeks).

Club schedule:

the club is open 6 days a week, meaning girls have 1 fixed day off per week. Additionally, 2 more days off per month are provided (optional);

working hours: from 21:00 to 04:00.

Stage shows. On average, girls perform on stage 5–6 times per night. They dance two numbers: the first one in lingerie, the second topless (starting from 1/3 of the second song). In the absence of guests, performances are not mandatory, and girls may rest in the club.

The club provides all facilities: a kitchen with a microwave, grill, and coffee machine, as well as a shower. Hygiene products are provided by the employer.

Payment rates in the club

The club does not provide a fixed salary. Girls’ earnings consist of percentages from private dances, drinks, and tips.

income from drinks — 30%;

income from private dances — 50%;

tips — 100% to the girl (if paid in cash) or 60% (if paid by card).

Examples of current rates:

private dance 5 minutes (topless without touching) — $41 for the guest, the girl receives $20;

private dance 20 minutes (full nude) — $138 for the guest, the girl receives $69.

Salary is paid weekly on Mondays in cash, in Polish currency (zloty).

Prohibitions and restrictions

The main duties of the girls are to maintain an atmosphere of luxury entertainment. The club imposes fines and dismissals for the following violations:

• theft;
• providing sexual services;
• leaving with a guest during a work shift;
• bringing guests to the club apartments;
• showing up to work intoxicated or using drugs.

Accommodation

At the moment, the club does not provide apartments. If desired, accommodation can be rented for a group of 4 girls — the cost is approximately $200 per girl per month.

Club dress code

A properly chosen look is the key to good earnings for performers in any nightclub. According to girls’ feedback, strip dancers should look intriguing, stunning, and tempting. Then the guest will be happy to spend money and provide large bonus payments.

For work in the club, girls must have several sets of lingerie of any colors and models, shorts or skirts. The main trump card of a strip dancer is her shoes. It is better to take several pairs with you. You can complete your image with bright makeup, beautiful manicure, and an impressive yet comfortable hairstyle.

How to get to the club

The most convenient way is to buy a plane ticket to the city of Łódź, where a driver from the club will meet the girl at the airport and take her to the club’s apartments. The second option is to fly to Warsaw and then take a bus to the city of Łódź.
