Durrës is a city with a vibrant nightlife where everyone can find entertainment to their taste. There are many clubs, bars, and restaurants open until late at night. One of the city’s best strip clubs is a venue known for its bright and unforgettable parties.

Job Requirements for Club Positions
The club currently has vacancies for dancers and hostesses. The main requirements are:

Attractive appearance (beautiful face, slim figure)

Age: 18 to 35 years

Responsibility and good communication skills

Knowledge of English preferred

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Ability to dance gracefully and impressively (for dancers)

To be considered, applicants must submit a completed application form along with high-quality, unedited photos. A dance video is recommended.

Working Conditions

Working hours:
The club operates from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Work is organized in shifts to allow for rest and rotation.

Dancers perform exclusively on stage. The minimum contract term is one month. The work schedule is set by the manager, taking into account both the club’s needs and the performer’s preferences. A minimum of five working days per week is required.

Salary structure:

• Hostess — €1,000/month
• Lingerie dancer — €1,200/month
• Topless dancer — €1,500/month
• Full strip dancer — €1,800/month

Drink commissions:

• €5 per regular drink
• €10 per alcoholic drink

Private dance commissions:

• €15 for a topless dance (10 minutes)
• €25 for a full strip (10 minutes)

Tips: split 50/50 between the club and the dancer.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided in a furnished house for up to six people, located near the club and the beach. The cost is included in the contract. Electricity is charged separately at €100/month. The house has Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and a washing machine.

Dress Code

Dancers must look striking, sexy, and elegant. At the start of the evening, performers work in lingerie and topless. Later, they may change into short dresses, lingerie-style outfits, or light evening wear. Shoes are an important part of the look—several pairs are recommended. The image should be completed with bright makeup, neat manicures, and well-styled hair.

Rules and Restrictions

The main role of the performers is to maintain an atmosphere of luxury and leisure. Fines or termination may apply for the following:

• Arriving late or missing a shift
• Leaving the club with a guest during working hours
• Bringing guests to the club’s accommodation
• Theft or fighting in the club
• Arriving at work intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

Getting to the Club

No airport pickup is provided. Performers should arrange their own transport to the club, either by taxi or another convenient method.
