Requirements for candidates for employment at the club:

The club has an opening for strip dancers with consummation. Key requirements:

• attractive appearance (beautiful face, slim figure);
• age from 18 years;
• plasticity, the ability to move beautifully and erotically;
• good knowledge of English;
• sociability, responsibility and ambition;
• Only girls with an EU passport or dual citizenship (one of them is an EU country) are allowed.

To be approved for a vacancy at the club, you must submit an application form and attach recent photographs (in good quality, without Photoshop or other image processing tools); it is also advisable to provide a video.

Schedule and working conditions at the club

The girls’ duties include stage performances, private dances, and consumption. Touching the girls is strictly prohibited! The minimum contract term is two weeks.
The club is open 7 days a week, from 9:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Girls are entitled to one day off per week. If you need an additional day off, you can arrange it with management (provided the club has sufficient staff).
Several shows are required on stage throughout the night. The girls alternate, with one dancer on stage every 10 minutes. Each performance consists of two songs, the first song fully clothed, the second topless. The club has a dynamic pole.

Pay rates at the club
The club doesn’t offer a fixed salary, but it does guarantee that a dancer who works hard will earn an average of at least 800 NOK (approximately 80 euros) per shift from dancing, drinks, and tips. If, due to low customer traffic, a dancer earns less than 800 NOK per day on average during their contract, the club will pay the difference. Important! The guarantee is calculated based on the entire contract, not daily. For example, if a dancer works 20 days, the guarantee is 20 x 800 = 16,000 NOK. If they earned 10,000 NOK during this period, the club will pay the difference: 16,000 – 10,000 = 6,000 NOK. This does not mean the club pays 800 NOK every day.
Dancers at the club earn money through private dances, consumption, and tips.
Private dances:
– Private dance (20 minutes, f(ull nude) – cost for the guest is 2000 NOK, the dancer gets 40%.
– Table dance (1 song, topless). Guests pay 700 NOK, the dancer receives 400 NOK (60%).

The club encourages active consumption (women approach guests and offer to join them). The women earn 25% of the drink sales.

• Wine: price per guest from 600 to 2000 NOK
• Champagne: price from 2600 to 8000 NOK

Girls can collect tips on stage, in the audience, and in private rooms. 100% of the tips go to the girl in the private room and on stage. In the club area, tips are split 50/50 with the club.

Salaries are paid into a bank account (at the end of the contract). Dancers must have their own bank account in their country of residence. A small advance payment for food and personal expenses is deducted from their salary. At the end of their contract, dancers pay a 15% tax to the state.

Prohibitions and restrictions

The girls’ primary responsibilities are to maintain a luxurious atmosphere. The club imposes fines and dismissals for the following violations:

• theft;
• provision of sexual services;
• leaving the club with a guest during a work shift;
• bring guests to the club apartments;
• showing up for work drunk or using drugs.

Accommodation

Women are provided with comfortable apartments in Drammen. Accommodation and transportation to and from work are free. Two to three women share a room.
