ESCAPE NIGHT CLUB, PYLA, CYPRUS
According to Greek mythology, it was on the shores of Cyprus that the goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite, emerged from the sea foam. Petra tou Romiou is considered the place of her birth. This gives the island a unique romantic atmosphere, making it popular among tourists.
The mild Mediterranean climate offers more than 300 sunny days a year: in winter, the temperature rarely drops below 15°C, and in summer it stays around 30°C. Cyprus is not just about ancient history, beautiful beaches, and delicious Greek food — it’s also all about carefree vibes. When night falls on the island, if you’re not seeking peace and solitude, you’ll be impressed by the wide variety of nightlife venues. One of them is Escape Night Club.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The club is located in Pyla, between Larnaca and Ayia Napa. Vacancies open for strip dancers and hostesses with active drink commission (“consumption”). Minimum contract term: 1 month.
Work schedule: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Fridays and Saturdays until 6:00 AM. One day off per week (agreed with management).
The club has a static pole.
REQUIREMENTS FOR STRIP DANCERS AND HOSTESSES:
- Age: up to 35 years
- Pleasant, well-groomed appearance
- Energetic and sociable
- English proficiency
- Fit/healthy body shape
- Pole dance experience (for dancers)
RATES AND PAYMENTS:
Hostess rate: €40/day;
Strip dancer rate: €50/day.
Dancers work as dancers 4–5 days a week, and on the remaining days — as hostesses.
Drink bonuses:
- 10–19 drinks: €60/day;
- 20–29 drinks: €70/day;
- 30–39 drinks: €80/day.
Drink commissions:
- Small cocktail for girls: €4;
- Double cocktail: €8;
- Champagne (€100): €25 (30 min);
- Martini Asti (€200): €50 (40 min);
- Champagne (€300): €75 (50 min);
- Moët Ice (€400): €100 (1 hour);
- Private dance (10 minutes): €25.
Fixed daily rate is paid once a week (Mondays).Drink commissions are paid daily after each shift. The fixed rate is paid for 5 working days per week; on 1 of those days, it’s split 50/50 with the club.
HOUSING CONDITIONS
Shared apartments (2–3 girls per room). Rent: €50/week. Girls are responsible for keeping the space clean. Guests are not allowed
RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
Off-hours meetings with club guests:
From 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, meetings are only allowed if the guest has prepaid for 7 drinks.
If a girl wants to meet a guest on her day off (for shopping, restaurant, coffee), the guest must pay €200 in advance to the club. The girl receives €100
Forbidden:
Conflicts with guests, staff, or other girls.
Skipping work without manager’s approval due to illness.
DRESS CODE
Strip dance costumes, bodysuits, bustiers, short dresses/skirts, crop tops. Colors: red, black, or white only
High heels required. Bold accessories, evening makeup, styled hair, manicure, and a smile
