For nightlife enthusiasts, one of the popular venues is the Exclusive Lounge Club. This stylish establishment has an area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 40 people, offering a cozy and exclusive atmosphere.
Requirements for Candidates:
Age – up to 35 years.
Well-groomed appearance – neat manicure, stylish hairstyle, smooth and healthy skin.
Good physical shape – slenderness, grace, and confidence in movement.
WORK CONDITIONS AT THE CLUB
Employment is official with a contract for 2, 4, 6, or 12 months.
The work shift starts at 9:30 PM and ends at 6:00 AM. The schedule includes 5 working days a week with two days off, but shifts are arranged flexibly, with a mandatory minimum of 5 shifts per week.
Payment: The salary depends on the position:
Club Hostess – 20,000 AMD (burnable).
Go-Go Dancers – 20,000 AMD (burnable).
Belly Dance Dancers – 20,000 AMD (burnable).
Strip Dancers – 24,000 AMD (burnable).
In addition to the base salary, there is a high commission from consumption – up to 50%, as well as income from the crazy menu, split 50/50. Tips are paid in cash and also split 50/50. All payments for tips, crazy menu, and consumption are made daily after the shift.
Dance Performances:
Go-Go dancers must perform at least 6 sets of 15 minutes each per shift.
Belly dancers must perform at least 6 sets of 10 minutes each.
Crazy menu work takes place in the hall without nudity. Participation in consumption is voluntary, without mandatory quotas.
Additional Contract Benefits:
For contracts of 2 months or longer, the employer reimburses the cost of airline tickets up to $400 after completion of the work period.
For contracts of 6 months or longer, additional privileges include:
Opportunity to use plastic surgery services at the club’s expense (nose correction, breast augmentation, facelift, and other procedures).
Social media promotion – working with professional marketers and IT specialists to build a personal brand on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Training and staging of show programs with an experienced choreographer.
Services of professional stylists, makeup artists, and beauty masters to create a bright and attractive image.

ACCOMMODATION
Free accommodation is provided in comfortable apartments located just a 5-minute walk from the club. For additional convenience, taxis can be used, costing around 100 rubles.
In the mornings, corporate transportation is organized to ensure safe and convenient travel for the girls.
DRESS CODE
To create a vibrant and diverse image throughout the evening, it is necessary to have at least 5 different costumes. Important considerations include: Variety of styles – elegant, seductive, and bright outfits for changing images. Quality and neatness – costumes must be clean, neat, and in good condition. Accessories and shoes – complement the outfit, emphasize the style, and create a complete look. Dress code relevance – the appearance must match the club’s theme and requirements.
HOW TO GET TO GYUMRI?
Gyumri is served by Shirak Airport (LWN), which operates direct flights from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Sochi.
If there are no direct flights available on the desired date, you can arrive at Zvartnots Airport (EVN) in Yerevan and continue the journey by ground transportation. The trip to Gyumri takes approximately 2.5–3 hours. The employer organizes free pick-up at the airport and provides transfer to the accommodation.
