Larnaca is one of the most popular resort towns in Cyprus. It boasts a mild climate, well-developed tourist infrastructure, a vibrant nightlife, and a large number of vacationers year-round. Thanks to the constant flow of tourists from Europe and the Middle East, the city’s bars and entertainment venues are consistently busy. This makes Larnaca a convenient and safe city for hostess work, offering good earning opportunities and comfortable living conditions.



WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE BAR
The bar is located in central Larnaca and caters to tourists. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and non-pressuring, and the barmaid’s income is directly related to her activity and sociability.
The bar accepts hostesses with a minimum contract term of 1 month.
Hostess with active consumption.
Monday to Thursday and Sunday: 20:30 to 02:30.
Friday and Saturday: from 20:30 to 03:30.
During the winter period, opening hours change from 20:00 to 02:00 and 03:00, respectively.
One day off per week is permitted by prior agreement with management.
Fixed rate: 50 euros per day.
Additionally, girls receive a bonus for every glass they drink.
Prices:
One glass costs 4 euros.
Double glass – 8 euros.
Bonuses:
From the 16th glass – 5 euros for each.
From the 21st glass – 6 euros for each.
From the 31st glass – 7 euros for each.
Champagne:
5 glasses – 100 euros.
7 glasses – 150 euros.
10 glasses – 300 euros.
Small bottles of wine costing €40 count as two glasses.
A woman can choose a 50/50 deal with the bar. In this case, the first drink counts toward the club.
Payments are made daily after the end of the shift. The first two working days are retained by the club and paid at the end of the first month.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in apartments with 2-3 girls per room. The cost is 5 euros per day.
The apartments have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or a fan. The sea is about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away.
Daily transportation to and from work is provided.





DRESS CODE
Work uniforms include short dresses, overalls, or skirts with tops. Clothing should be neat, feminine, and flattering, but not vulgar. Shoes should be heels. Makeup should be well-groomed, evening-ready, and not overly bright. Hair should be clean and styled. Sportswear and highly revealing outfits are prohibited during work shifts.
HOW TO GET THERE
The girls arrive at Larnaca International Airport, the only airport that accepts the club’s employees. Upon arrival, they are met by a bar representative and driven to their apartments.
