Job Requirements
The club offers positions for hostesses, dancers (strip, go-go, belly dance), and show ballet with a prepared program. Main requirements:
- Slim and attractive appearance
- Age up to 32
- Flexibility and good dance skills
- Sociability, seriousness, and ambition
- Good English skills
- Confidence, charisma, and willingness to work
The club operates only with a work visa. The visa can be arranged in your home country or through a trip to Georgia. The club assists with the application process; the visa cost is covered by the dancer.
Work Schedule & Conditions
Responsibilities include stage performances, private dances, show programs, and communication with guests.
Minimum contract term: 3–4 months, maximum — up to 12 months
Working hours: daily, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Day off: once every 15 days, coordinated individually with the administrator
Salary & Payments
Income consists of a fixed salary + bonuses:
- Hostess — USD 1500/month
- Dancers (strip, go-go, belly dance) — USD 1700/month
- Show ballet (up to 8 people) — USD 2000/month
Bonuses:
Passive consumation: glass — 100 TRY / 10 min
Weekly bonuses:
- 70 glasses — +50 USD
- 100 glasses — +100 USD
- 150 glasses — +200 USD
- Tips — 50/50 with the club
- Pole — static
Salary may be reduced by 50% if there are no guests (max twice per month)
Salary is paid weekly, every Monday, in Turkish lira.
Accommodation
The club provides free accommodation in comfortable hotel rooms (up to two people per room).
Allowed to leave the hotel from 1 PM, must return by 9 PM
Staying overnight is mandatory
On days off, accommodation is paid — 400 TRY/day per person
Free dinner in the club at 10:30 PM and breakfast at 7:00 AM
The hotel is nearby (≈300 m), girls walk to the club, and a shuttle takes them back in the morning.
Dress Code
Allowed: nude tights, short and long dresses, skirts, blouses, low-cut tops, heels or sandals.
How to Get to Bursa
Bursa doesn’t have its own airport. You can fly into one of Istanbul’s airports:
Istanbul New Airport (IST) — ≈2 hours to Bursa
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) — ≈1 hour to Bursa
Direct buses run from both airports to Bursa (stops right outside the main exits). From Sabiha Gökçen Airport, there is also a shuttle bus to Bursa Burulaş bus station. At Bursa’s bus station, you are met free of charge.
