Work Schedule & Conditions

Working hours are from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (exact hours are confirmed before opening). One day off per week — Wednesday. On their day off, girls stay overnight in the apartments provided by the club. Job duties include active or passive consumption.

Hostess earnings depend on the number of consumptions. The daily minimum is 8:

• 8 consumptions = €60
• 9 consumptions = €65
• 10 consumptions = €70
• 15 consumptions = €75
• 20 consumptions = €80

Champagne (6 and 10 consumptions) is paid separately. The club does not pay for regular glasses. A full shift (serata) is counted from 15 consumptions.

If the girl does not meet the quota, she is switched to a percentage-based system. The minimum guaranteed pay is €25 per day. Earnings are then calculated on a sliding scale:

• 7 consumptions = €45
• 6 consumptions = €40
• 5 consumptions = €35
• 4 consumptions = €30

If a girl initially comes on a percentage system or leaves before completing the contract, the rate is €5 per consumption. Payment is made every two weeks.

Accommodation

The club provides apartments for girls’ accommodation. Up to 5 people stay in one apartment. Housing is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Accommodation is free. A small fee of €5 is charged for transfer.

Dress Code

To work in the club, girls need elegant evening dresses, high heels, neat manicure, light makeup, and well-groomed hair. A well-chosen look directly affects earnings and the number of consumptions.

How to Get There

The most convenient way is to fly to Milan or Turin. From the airport, Alessandria can be reached by train or bus. If needed, the club can arrange a transfer (cost — €5).
