Summer on the Polish Baltic Sea coast means endless beaches, the scent of pine, fresh sea air and a comfortable climate. It is here that tourists from all over Europe come to enjoy nature, the resort atmosphere and a vibrant nightlife. Poland is a country that combines safety, hospitality and a high level of service with moderate living expenses. In the resort towns, where life is in full swing in the summer, there are excellent opportunities for girls who want to combine good earnings and a holiday by the sea.

One of such places is the picturesque town of Mielno, located right on the seashore. Here is a popular seasonal club inviting girls for a vacancy as a strip dancer with elements of consumption. The establishment works exclusively in the summer – from June 19 to August 31, offering the opportunity to combine active work and summer vacation on the coast.

Requirements for candidates

The vacancy is intended for artists of the strip genre with consumption. It is expected that applicants meet the following criteria:

• • attractive appearance (good facial features, slim figure);

• • age from 18 to 35 years;

• • height from 165 cm;

• • plasticity, ability to move erotically;

• • fluent in English;

• • openness, confidence, serious attitude to work;

• • experience in a similar field is required.

To apply, you must send a questionnaire with high-quality photographs (without filters or retouching), and it is advisable to attach video materials.

Working conditions

The girls’ duties include stage performances, private dances and consumption of drinks. The minimum contract period is 3 weeks. Official registration and medical insurance are provided. Girls of different nationalities are accepted, including citizens of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus (for the latter, a valid Schengen visa is required, as well as the execution of a contract and waiting for a work permit – about 1 month).

Opening hours:

• • The club is open daily from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am;

• • The girls work 6 days a week, the day off is negotiated individually;

• • Accommodation is provided free of charge in a house next to the club.

Wages

There is no fixed rate – payment is calculated as 25% of the cost of all sold drinks and private dances. However, there is a guaranteed minimum system: if a girl earns less than 200 zlotys per shift, the club pays the missing amount. For example, with an income of 100 zlotys – another 100 will be added.

The stage program includes 4 appearances on stage (topless), each with 2 songs.

Private dances are paid as follows:

• • 5 minutes (topless, no touching) – 250 PLN

• • 10 minutes (full nude, no touching) – 500 PLN

• • 20 minutes (touching allowed) – 900 PLN

• • 1 hour (VIP room) – 2000 PLN

Additional income:

• • Roses from guests – 100 PLN, of which 50 PLN goes to the dancer;

• • Tips are split 50/50 with the club;

• • Payments are made weekly on Mondays in cash.

Rules and restrictions

The job requires compliance with certain rules. Fines and contract termination are possible for:

• • being late or not showing up for a shift;

• • leaving with a guest during a working night;

• • bringing strangers into the home;

• • conflicts, fights, theft;

• • appearing at a club under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Accommodation

The club provides free accommodation in a house located next to the club.

Dress code

Success and income depend on a well-thought-out image. According to reviews, the more spectacular a girl looks, the higher her earnings. It is recommended to take with you: sexy underwear, transparent negligees, bright stage costumes; several pairs of strip shoes; cosmetics, accessories and styling products; manicure and makeup should be neat and expressive.
