PLAYSHOW CLUB, ISTANBUL
Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey, where Europe and Asia, history and modernity meet. The city impresses with its architecture, the atmosphere of ancient bazaars and noisy streets, and at night it turns into an entertainment center with clubs, restaurants and show programs. In this dynamic rhythm is located the PLAYSHOW club, which invites girls to work as dancers and hostesses. Working in the club allows you to combine a decent income with the opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and nightlife of Istanbul.
Requirements for candidates:
- Age from 18 to 27 years.
- Height from 167 cm.
- Attractive appearance and slim figure.
- Willingness to work on stage and take part in the club’s programs.
- A tourist visa is required to work in Turkey.
Working hours and conditions
The minimum contract term is one month. Work shifts run from 21:00 to 05:00 in the morning. One day off is provided once a week by agreement with the club administration, only on weekdays. A contract of less than a month may entail the risk of not being fully paid.
Payment and bonuses
The rate is $75-$90 per shift. Wages are paid weekly on Wednesdays or Thursdays in US dollars. The first week’s rate is withheld and released at the end of the contract.
Consummation: The working time for one glass is 15 minutes. Glasses cost: regular days – 80 TL, sigorta day (once a week, without a rate) – 150 TL. Drink bonuses are paid daily in Turkish lira. A possible 50% reduction in the rate is allowed in the absence of guests up to twice a month.
Dances: the number of appearances on stage is determined by the administration, from two to four times per shift. The duration of the dance is three songs (10–15 minutes). Pole work includes dynamics.
The tips for the dancers are divided as follows: 70% goes to the girl, 30% to the DJ. The hostess gets 100% of the tips.
Sigorta day is held once a week, it is a mandatory working day without a rate, only with interest from drinks. In case of early termination of the contract, one day of sigorta is retained. Breakfast and dinner are included. The girls come to dinner at 20:30, after which they change in the dressing room for work.
Rules and restrictions
Necessarily have insurance. It is forbidden to work or live outside the club apartments, spend the night outside the apartments, provide intimate services or visit closed premises with guests. It is forbidden to come to work drunk, be late or not show up for a shift without warning – violation entails a fine in the amount of the rate. Failure to comply with the rules may entail fines or disciplinary measures.
Accommodation
Accommodation in club apartments is mandatory and free of charge. The club is a five-minute walk from the apartments. You can leave the apartments after 12:00, and on weekends, accommodation is paid – 200 lira per person, while you must stay in the apartment until 22:00. In case of illness, payment for accommodation is not withheld.

Excellent management, goes to meet the girls, helps and supports in every possible way. The minimum rate per shift is $40. Active, goal-oriented hostesses and dancers already in the first week start earning $80 per day.
The guests are generous and do not spare tips. They like to invite girls for lunches or dinners during the day. A good place for girls to work in Turkey. Allows you to acquire regular fans who will bring good income to the club and expensive gifts to the girls. But you can go out with men only with the permission of the administration.
There is no need to be afraid of the club’s visitors. They are regular, trusted clients. Sex is strictly prohibited. You can’t go with a man to a hotel, apartment, closed room or other secluded place – for the safety of the girl.
How to get there
There is no airport pick-up. Transportation to the club is provided independently – taxi or bus. If desired, you can notify the club in advance so that the employee pays for the taxi with a deduction from the salary.
