Requirements for female candidates for employment in a restaurant

The restaurant has an open position for a hostess with passive consumption.

Basic requirements for applicants:

• communication skills and ability to maintain a conversation;
• friendliness and positive attitude;
• responsibility and punctuality.

To be considered, you must provide a questionnaire and good quality photographs without the use of filters or excessive processing.

Working hours and conditions

The girls’ main responsibility is to accompany guests while they relax in the restaurant and maintain a pleasant atmosphere.

Guests independently choose the girl with whom they want to spend time.

Guests can order food and drinks at their own discretion. A single table can last for several hours.

The girls’ responsibilities include:

• communication with guests;
• accompanying guests at the table;
• maintaining a positive atmosphere;
• participation in the entertainment program of the establishment;
• sharing dinner and spending time with guests.

The minimum contract period is 3 months.

The restaurant issues a tourist visa for 90 days.

Opening hours:

from 20:00 to 01:00.

Two days off per month are provided by prior arrangement with management.

Pay rates

There is no fixed salary at the restaurant. The girls’ earnings are derived from a percentage of the total guest bills. They receive 70% of each guest’s bill. Salaries are paid twice a month.

Accommodation

The restaurant offers apartment accommodations. Accommodations are two girls per room. Single occupancy is possible in smaller rooms. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen or purchase it from local stores upon arrival. Apartments are subject to change at the discretion of management, depending on the season and the number of girls working.

How to get there

The most convenient option is to buy a plane ticket to Hanoi. Upon arrival, the women will be met at the airport by a restaurant representative who will arrange a transfer to their accommodation.

Upon successful completion of a 3-month contract, compensation for the cost of an air ticket in the amount of USD 200 is paid.
