Open Positions: hostesses, dancers, show ballet performers. This is a year-round position with official employment, high income, stable working conditions, and full legal support.
Candidate Requirements
• Attractive, striking appearance with a well-groomed look
• Age: 20–28 years
• Confidence, charisma, hospitality skills, and a strong work ethic
• For dancers and show ballet performers — stage costumes are required
• Minimum contract length: 6 to 12 months
Work Schedule
Club hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (may extend to 7:00–8:00 AM on busy nights). Individual schedule: 6 working days + 1 day off/week. Girls interact with guests, maintain a festive atmosphere, and participate in the stage shows. There are private rooms for non-nude private dances. Dancers and show performers do three stage appearances per shift.
Payment System:
Fixed daily rate: 2,400 Turkish lira. Additional earnings from guest orders and private dances:
- Small whiskey (4 min): 70 TRY
- Large whiskey (5 min): 400 TRY
- Beer (7 min): 300 TRY
- Champagne (30 min): 5%–20% commission, depending on type
- Private dance (no nudity): 500 TRY (split 50/50)
- Alcohol in private rooms: 80% goes to the girl, 20% to the club
Alcohol consumption is not required — drinks are diluted (except champagne). Payments made weekly in cash
Documentation & Legal Support
All legal formalities handled by the club. Upon arrival, girls are issued residency permits and work authorization. All document-related costs are covered by the employer. Processing time: 1–2 days. Documents are valid for 6 to 12 months. Health insurance is included. Official contract signed and certified by a lawyer. Early termination of the contract by the girl (or due to her fault) requires reimbursement of 80,000 TRY to cover the club’s expenses.
Dress code
Perfect appearance is a must: professional makeup, hairstyle, manicure. Outfits: feminine and elegant looks — short dresses, skirts, low-cut tops, high heels. Stage costumes are mandatory for dancers and show ballet participants
Accommodation
Housing provided within walking distance. Cost: 5,000 TRY/month per person. Fully equipped apartments. Free dinner is served in the club, and hot soup at 1:00 AM
Getting to Izmir
The easiest way is by flying into Izmir Airport. A club driver will meet the girl upon arrival and provide free transport to the apartment.
