Svilengrad, located on the border with Turkey and Greece, is known as one of Bulgaria’s largest gambling centers. Requirements for candidates

Age from 19 to 35 years (more mature performers may also be considered if they have an attractive appearance and are in good physical shape).
Attractive, well-groomed appearance and confidence on stage.
EU or Ukrainian citizenship is preferred (unofficially the club can accept 3-4 Russian citizens).

TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

A new, luxurious club, Ruj, has opened in Svilengrad—one of the largest and most modern in Bulgaria and neighboring countries. The club caters to casino patrons, primarily guests from Turkey, and offers comfortable working conditions for dancers.

The club is open daily from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. One day off per week is permitted, excluding Friday and Saturday.

The club enters into an agreement with a minimum contract term of 1 month.

The performances are topless. After the stage shows, the girls work the hall in their underwear, interact with guests, and participate in consumption.

Private dances are performed on a static pole. The minimum duration is 10 minutes of full striptease. The guest costs 100 euros, of which the dancer receives 50%.

The fixed rate is 90 euros per day.

The commission on beverages is 40%. During the first weeks after opening, beverage targets may not be met.

Tips are split equally – 50/50 between the club and the dancer.

While interacting with guests, dancers are served only non-alcoholic beverages (juices or sodas). Alcohol is served only if a guest opens the bottle.

ACCOMMODATION

Dancers receive complimentary hotel accommodation. Single and double rooms are available, subject to availability. Accommodation is fully inclusive and free of charge, even on weekends. Complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the club and back is available daily.
