Requirements for candidates for employment at the club

The club has vacancies for dancers and hostesses with passive consumption.

Basic requirements for applicants:

• • attractive appearance and slim figure;

• • age from 18 to 27 years;

• • height from 167 cm;

• • well-groomed appearance;

• • communication skills, friendliness and responsibility;

• • work experience is welcome, but can be considered individually;

• • Nationality does not matter.

To be approved for the position, you must complete a questionnaire and provide high-quality, unedited photographs. A video presentation is also recommended.

Schedule and working conditions at the club

The minimum contract term is 1 month. Work on a tourist visa.

Club opening hours:

• • daily from 21:00 to 05:00 am;

• • one day off a week;

• • Days off are provided only on weekdays and must be agreed upon in advance with the club administration.

The girls’ responsibilities include participating in the show program, communicating with guests, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation, and passively consuming drinks.

The number of appearances on stage is determined by the club’s management. On average, dancers perform two to four times per shift. Each appearance lasts 10–15 minutes. The club uses a dynamic pole.

Pay rates at the club

The club pays a fixed daily rate.

• • rate – from 75 to 80 US dollars;

• • For girls over 170 cm tall with a model appearance, the rate is US$90.

Salaries are paid weekly on Wednesdays or Thursdays in foreign currency.

Additionally, the girls earn income from consuming drinks.

Cost of one drink:

• • on regular days – 100 Turkish lira;

• • per day of sigorta – 200 Turkish lira.

Each consumption session lasts 15 minutes. Drinks may be alcoholic or non-alcoholic, depending on the guest’s preference. Payments for consumption are made daily in Turkish lira.

In the absence of guests, the club administration has the right to reduce the fixed rate by 50% no more than twice a month.

Tips are distributed as follows:

For dancers:

• • 70% goes to the girl;

• • The DJ gets 30%.

For hostesses:

• • 100% of the tip goes to the girl.

Sigorta Day

Once a week, on Sundays, a mandatory working day of sigorta is held.

On this day, the fixed rate is not accrued, and earnings are formed exclusively from the percentage of drinks.

Accommodation

The club provides girls with free accommodation in fully equipped club apartments. Accommodation is a mandatory condition of the contract.

The apartments are located just a five-minute walk from the club.

On weekends, accommodation is subject to a fee of 700 Turkish lira per person. This fee is waived in case of illness.

The employer provides the girls with free two meals a day (breakfast, dinner).

Dress code at the club

A well-groomed appearance is a mandatory requirement for the job.

Girls should have neat makeup, a beautiful hairstyle, manicure and look neat.

For work, it is recommended to take with you several short dresses, skirts, blouses with low necklines and high-heeled shoes.

Dancers are required to have their own stage costumes for performances.

The most convenient way is to fly into one of Istanbul’s airports and then travel to the club apartments by bus or taxi.
