Requirements for candidates for employment at the club
The club has an opening for strip dancers with active consumption. Key requirements:
• attractive appearance (handsome)(a beautiful face, a slender figure);
• age from 18 to 30 years;
• communication skills;
• plasticity, the ability to dance beautifully and erotically;
• knowledge of spoken English;
• sociability, ability to interest a guest and maintain an interesting conversation;
• experience working on similar contracts.
Experience working on similar striptease contracts in Albania or elsewhere will be an advantage when considering a candidate, but is not mandatory. To be accepted for a position at the club, please submit a questionnaire and attach photographs (high-quality, without Photoshop or other image manipulation). A video is also recommended.
Working hours and conditions
The girls’ responsibilities include stage performances, private dances, and consummation. The minimum contract term is two weeks.
The club is open daily from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Women are given one day off per week, which they can choose by arrangement with the manager.
Each night requires 5-7 stage appearances, each lasting approximately 3 minutes. Topless performances are charged full time. If a woman prefers to work topless, payment terms are negotiated separately with the club’s management.
Pay rates at the club
The girl’s earnings are made up of a fixed rate, a percentage of drinks, private dances, and tips.
The fixed rate is €70 per shift if the girl dances topless on stage.
A private dance lasting 10 minutes (full-nude) costs the girl €30.
Additional income comes from consumption. For each cocktail, the girl receives €4, while the guest pays €20. The first cocktail of the shift goes entirely to the bar. One drink is enough for seven minutes of conversation with the guest.
A bottle of champagne counts as eight drinks. The price of champagne for guests ranges from €100 to €300.
There are no drinking regulations at the club—soft drinks are allowed, so girls who don’t drink alcohol feel comfortable working here.
Tips are split equally with the club.
The rate is paid daily. Payments for drinks and tips are made on the followingThe following day. All payments are made in Albanian currency at the current exchange rate.
Prohibitions and restrictions
The girls’ primary responsibilities are to maintain a luxurious atmosphere, dance seductively, and engage in casual conversation. However, the club does have a number of restrictions that must be strictly observed. Girls are prohibited from:
• meet with guests outside the club;
• engage in intimate relationships with guests both during working and non-working hours;
• theft and inappropriate behavior;
• skip a work shift without a valid reason.
Violation of the club’s rules is punishable by penalties ranging from a fine to dismissal.
Accommodation
The club is located in Fier, and the apartments are also located in Fier. Accommodation is one, maximum two girls per room. The monthly rate is €150 (including utilities). The apartments have everything you need to relax and recharge before work. The girls are responsible for their own meals. Food is inexpensive in Albania, so many dancers prefer to order delivery or dine in. The club provides transportation from the apartments to work and back.

How to get to the club
Albania’s capital, Tirana, has an international airport, so the easiest way to get to Durrës is to fly to Tirana. The club’s boss or driver will pick the girl up from the airport and take her to her apartment in Fier. The club’s management will not reimburse the cost of airfare.
