Job Requirements

The club is currently hiring strip dancers with active consumption.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Attractive appearance (beautiful face, slim figure)
• Minimum age: 18
• Grace, flexibility, and the ability to move erotically and elegantly
• Good command of English
• Sociable, responsible, and ambitious personality
• EU passport or dual citizenship (one must be an EU country)

Ukrainian citizens under temporary protection in Norway may work officially by registering their own company in Norway (for payment processing).

To apply, candidates must submit an application form with recent, high-quality photos (without Photoshop or filters). A short video is also recommended.

Work Schedule and Conditions

Duties include stage shows, private dances, and guest entertainment (consumption).
Touching dancers is strictly prohibited!
The minimum contract term is 2 weeks.
The club operates 7 days a week, from 21:00 to 03:30.
Each dancer is entitled to 1 day off per week. Additional days off may be approved if staffing allows.

Each night, dancers perform several stage shows (from 1 to 5 per shift, depending on how busy the club is). Each show consists of 2 songs — topless at the end of the first, full nude at the end of the second. Afterward, the dancer leaves the stage, taking her costume with her.

Earnings and Payment Terms

The club does not offer a fixed salary, but guarantees a minimum income of €1500 per month.
If a dancer’s commissions and tips are below that amount, the club pays the difference.

Dancers earn from:

Private dances — 35% of the price paid by the guest (all performed full nude).

Tips — 100% belong to the dancer.

Consumption — 25% of drink sales (active consumption: dancers approach guests and offer company).

A 15% tax is deducted according to Norwegian law.
Monthly income ranges from €4500 to €10 000, depending on performance, appearance, and communication skills.

Rules and Restrictions

Dancers are expected to maintain an atmosphere of luxury and refinement.
Violations that result in fines or termination include:

• Theft
• Providing sexual services
• Leaving the club with guests during working hours
• Bringing guests to club apartments
• Appearing at work under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Accommodation

Dancers are provided with comfortable apartments in a quiet area of Oslo.
These are modern flats located near supermarkets and a large shopping center.
Rooms are shared, with bunk beds.
Accommodation costs 100 NOK per day (≈ €8.5).
Free transportation to and from the club is provided.

A dancer must look attractive and striking — appearance directly affects guest attention and income.

Recommended attire:

Stage costumes, sexy lingerie, mini dresses, tight bodysuits, and several pairs of strip heels

Accentuated by bright makeup, well-groomed hair, stylish manicure, and a touch of perfume

A club manager or driver will meet you upon arrival and take you directly to the provided accommodation.
