WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE CLUB

The Thailand85 club has open vacancies for the position of hostess and dancer (pole-dance).

Beautiful girls without excess weight, with height from 170 cm, up to 26 years old, who have not previously worked in Turkey, are required.

The minimum contract period is STRICTLY from 1 month!

The rate is $75–95 per shift. Salary is paid daily, except for the first week — it is withheld and given at the end of the month. The rate is always paid in dollars, and bonuses for drinks are paid in Turkish lira.

The bonus system is simple and clear: for each “drink” on a regular day a girl receives 80 lira, and on a “Sigorta” day — 160 lira. Work on consumption is passive, and 15 minutes are allocated per drink.

Stage performances last about 15 minutes (about three songs), the number of performances depends on the club’s workload. A static pole is installed in the hall.

Tips are distributed differently depending on the position. Dancers keep 75% of the amount, and 25% goes to the club. For hostesses the conditions are more favorable: 100% of tips remain with the girl.

From the airport they are not met, girls get there themselves by taxi or bus at their own expense.

WHAT DO GIRLS SAY ABOUT THE WORK?

The management in the club is loyal and always helps the girls in their work. Regular payment of salary. Active and sociable girls per day earn about from $100. For pole-dance dancers, tips remain entirely with the girl. From housing to work it is about 10 minutes on foot, and a big plus is free use of the gym in the hotel.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided in the club hotel in rooms for 2–4 people. Meals include breakfast and dinner, which are provided free of charge. Girls come to dinner at 20:30, after which they change in the club’s dressing room. Leaving the hotel is allowed only after 12:00, living outside the club is strictly prohibited.

DRESS CODE IN THE CLUB

Girls must look attractive, feminine and sexy. The image must be harmonious. Hair well-groomed, short mini-dresses, skirts will look very effective in clubs. High heels will give a more spectacular look. Pants, jeans, shoes without heels are prohibited.
