TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

Club Yakut is interested in mutually beneficial cooperation with agencies for hiring beautiful charming girls from 19 to 35 years old. The club works on tourist and work visas:

• Contract for a tourist visa from 1 to 3 months.
• Work visa contract 6 months – 1 year.

Upon arrival, the girls are met at the airport. The next step before starting work is a medical examination, registration of medical insurance. The girls must undergo an additional medical examination every 3 months at their own expense (the cost is about 80 lira).

VACANCIES

The club always requires active and attractive artists and hostesses. The club offers vacancies to goal-oriented beauties from all over the world:

• ballet with a show program;

• strip dance
• belly dancers.

Additional payments for consumption are provided for dancers and singers.
Payment for drinks daily or once a week – the girl chooses the system.

WORKING HOURS

YAKUT CLUB opens at 21:00 and works until 06:00, the same amount of time the artists and hostesses work shift lasts. The number of strip and go-go dancers' appearances is set by the club administration. It directly depends on the number of dancers who work in the club. You can dance 2-4 times per work shift, or 2-4 times per week.
Rendezvous are prohibited at the Yakut club.

PAYMENT AND BONUSES

The girls' earnings at the Yakut club consist of a fixed rate, bonuses for glasses, a bonus for a certain number of glasses at the end of the week, and tips.

Fixed rate of pay is $1,300 per month (net for 24 working days plus 2 official days off).

Salary payment is once a week, on Tuesdays in Turkish Lira.

For girls, there are bonuses for glasses drunk with guests (consumption) – the payment is daily. The girl can drink pure alcohol or diluted at her choice, this does not affect the size of the bonus.

BONUSES FOR CONSUMMATION

Payout to a girl for 1 small glass – 50 lira (30 minutes)
Payout for 1 large glass – 100 lira (hour)
An important nuance: the police are considered guests of the club, but the girls are not paid for the glasses they drink.bonuses are given out, so you shouldn’t spend a lot of time on them (15-20 minutes of polite, restrained communication is enough).

Bonuses for a certain number of glasses drunk per week:

•30 glasses – $50
•50 glasses – $150

Bonus payments are made weekly.

Sigorta Day (one day a week, Sunday) is the rule of all night clubs in Turkey. The girl does not receive a bet, she only receives a percentage of drinks. On Sigorta Day, the cost of glasses does not change.

ACCOMMODATION, MEALS, TRANSFER

The girls live in the hotel for the staff of the Yakut club in rooms for 2-3 people. The hotel is located in Ankara. The service to work / from work is provided by the club. Accommodation in the hotel is paid for by the club.
The club provides two meals a day: before and after the work shift.
