Requirements for female candidates for employment

• attractive appearance and well-groomed appearance;
• age from 18 years;
• ease of communication and ability to maintain a conversation;
• charisma, positivity and desire to work;
• knowledge of English will be an advantage.

Working hours and conditions

A hostess’ job involves creating a comfortable atmosphere for guests, engaging in conversation, and actively consuming. The minimum contract term is one month. The bar is open daily: Sunday through Thursday, shifts run from 8:30 PM to 2:30 AM, and on Friday and Saturday, the establishment is open until 3:30 AM. One day off per week is provided, negotiated individually.

Each shift is paid at a flat rate of €60. Women receive an additional €4 for each drink, starting with the fifth, as the first four drinks count toward the bar. A 50/50 split is also available. All payments are made daily after the end of the shift.

Accommodation

For the convenience of the employees, apartments are provided near their work location. Rooms accommodate 2-3 women each, and are equipped with air conditioning or a fan and Wi-Fi. The cost is €10 per day. On weekends, women are required to stay overnight exclusively in the club’s apartments. Apartments may vary depending on the season and the number of employees.

Dress code

The job requires a feminine and elegant style. Hostesses must wear evening dresses, high heels, neat manicures, light makeup, and well-groomed hair. Appearance directly impacts success and earnings.

How to get there

The most convenient route is by flight to Larnaca International Airport. Upon arrival, girls are met free of charge by club representatives and escorted to their apartments.
