Pole dancing includes one topless performance, and in the last seconds of the track – a short striptease with full undressing or partial undressing and a quick exit. During the evening, there are from 2 to 4 shows, as well as private dances and work on consumption, offering guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, champagne.

Hostesses in strip clubs play a key role in the whole show. They are not just dancers, but those who create the atmosphere and make the evening unforgettable for the guests. After the performances, the girls sit down with the visitors, start a casual conversation and unobtrusively push them to order drinks, which helps the club increase revenue. Of course, each establishment has its own rules, but the general concept remains the same: in any strip club, the girls perform on stage, dance and attract attention.

A hostess in a strip club is a girl who meets the following requirements:

• Knowledge of English at a conversational level.
• Sociability, confidence and friendliness.
• No experience is necessary; newcomers will be helped to adapt and undergo training.

Working hours and features of the work schedule

Opening hours in clubs are from 10:30 pm to 5:00 am. Some clubs are closed on Sundays. Girls can take 1 day off per week. The basic rate for a dancer is 50 euros per night. The commission on drinks sales is 25%, with cocktails and champagne costing from 30 to 600 euros.

For private dances, girls receive 40%: two dances cost 40 euros, four – 60 euros, and six – 100 euros.

The basic contract salary is paid every morning, and the percentage of drinks and private dances is paid every two weeks (this is due to the processing time of payments made by credit cards). If the contract expires and the girl leaves, she is paid all the money earned from consumption and dances before leaving.
