Free shared apartment accommodation is provided by the club.On your day off, you must pay for your stay independently ($15 per night).After the end of each shift, all girls must return home to rest. How Much Can You Earn as a Hostess in Istanbul
Hostess and model jobs in Istanbul come with a fixed daily wage of $40–45 per shift, paid weekly.
On one designated day per week (called “sigorta day”), girls only receive payment from drinks and tips — no base wage.
Drink Commissions:
- Weekdays: 1 drink = 30 TRY
- Sigorta day: 1 drink = 50 TRY
Girls also receive bonuses for small guest gifts (like chocolate, flowers, or toys) which are returned to the cashier in exchange for cash
Tips are split 50/50 with the club.
