The employment contract ranges from 4 months to 1 year.
The club operates daily from 22:00 to 05:00. Performers must arrive at work 30 minutes before the shift starts.

The duties include maintaining the atmosphere of the club and working with consumption.
The show program includes 2–3 stage appearances per shift, each lasting 5 minutes, for performers of various genres.
Living conditions:
Comfortable hotel accommodation with all amenities is provided and paid for by the employer (2–3 people per room).Medical insurance is provided during the contract.Two meals a day are provided — before and after work at the club.
Free time is from 13:00 to 19:00.At other times, performers must remain at the hotel or the club. Free transportation to and from work is included.
Features and Conditions of Hostess Work in Turkey Without a Visa
In Turkey, hostesses can work for consumption both on a visa-free regime and on a work visa. However, clubs that offer girls work for consumption on a tourist visa (visa-free) are subject to constant deportations and are focused on one-time clients among tourists.

Hostess salary in Turkish clubs ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 per week, depending on the performer’s level.
Additionally, there is: a commission from drink sales (non-alcoholic options are allowed)weekly bonuses of $50, $100, or $200100% of tips goes to the performer. Payment process:The fixed salary is divided into 4 equal parts and paid once a week, every Monday, along with drink commissions and bonuses.
How Much You Can Earn Without a Visa
Guaranteed and stable payments are available only in clubs with official work visas. Clubs that hire girls without visas often experience delays in salary payments due to frequent deportations. These clubs usually don’t have enough financial resources to provide girls with comfortable living conditions and high pay.
Pay in such clubs: From 200 to 400 Turkish lira per shift ($25–$45) depending on the club.Some offer high fixed pay but low commissions, others vice versa. Each club uses its own system suited for different types of performers.
Useful tips
It might come as a surprise, but all smartphones bought outside of Turkey will eventually be blocked for use (calls and SMS) until you leave the country. You’ll need to buy a new phone or reflash your current phone to work with Turkish carriers.
