Dress code: Elegant yet moderately sexy attire is required — short dresses, skirts, shorts, leggings, crop tops — along with heels, styled hair, and polished makeup. Courtesy and respect toward both coworkers and guests are essential.
How Much Can a Dancer Earn in Seoul Clubs?
Base monthly salary: 900,000 KRW (~$800 USD). Hourly bonus for interaction and karaoke performance: 10,000 KRW/hour (~$8–9 USD). Payouts are done daily or biweekly, in Korean won (KRW). Monthly earnings can reach $3,168 USD or more, including hourly bonuses. All tips are kept entirely by the dancers.
