Yerevan is rightly called a city on eternal vacation. It’s a place where working seems impossible, and all one desires is to endlessly relax and enjoy the beauty. WORK CONDITIONS AT THE CLUB

Charlotte Cabaret is looking for pole dancers to join their team. The club operates from 22:00 to 06:00, and dancers can take 3-4 days off per month as desired.
– Daily rates:
– For girls participating in the show program: 15,000 Armenian Drams.
– For girls not participating in the show: 10,000 Armenian Drams.
– The club withholds a deposit of 100,000 Drams from the salary, returned at the end of the contract.
– Girls share 50/50 of their earnings from coupons, crazy menu, and consumption with the club.
– Tips: The club uses a coupon system (internal currency), which guests generously give to dancers.
– Salary is paid daily in cash. However, the state requires the official salary to be paid monthly via a card. Hence, a portion of the salary is withheld and transferred to the personal card at the end of the month (Armenian bank card).
– Due to technical reasons, the girl receives the salary the next day, although she counts her money on the same day to avoid discrepancies.
– The club provides free meals and transportation to and from work.
– Accommodation for girls from Prestige Model Agency is in an apartment with all amenities, shared by 2 girls. (Girls cover utility costs for gas and electricity, approximately 25,000 Drams per person.)
– Contract duration is at least 1 month. After three months of visa-free tourist stay, crossing the border allows returning to Armenia for another 3 months. Russian citizens can easily obtain residency and stay permanently.
– The employer covers airport pickup expenses.
– If a girl performs well, the club reimburses $200 or $300 for the ticket after working for 2 months or more. Ticket reimbursement applies to contracts lasting 1-2 months.
– Meetings with guests outside the club are strictly prohibited (possible with management consent).

WHAT GIRLS SAY ABOUT THE JOB

According to reviews from Prestige Model Agency, the average salary is $3000 – $4000 per month, but earnings are unlimited based on abilities. Some club dancers reportedly reach $7000 – $10,000. The club is excellent, with a pleasant atmosphere and accommodating management. Girls are provided with accommodation, meals, ticket reimbursement, and official employment.

Girls should look attractive, feminine, and sexy. The appearance should be harmonious, with well-groomed hair, short mini-dresses, skirts, and lingerie that look stunning in clubs. High heels contribute to a more striking appearance.

HOW TO GET TO YEREVAN

Yerevan can be reached by direct or connecting flights. It is the most convenient way. The travel time from the airport to the city center is about 40 minutes. Upon arrival, the employer meets the girls.
