WORKING CONDITIONS AT THE CLUB

Bibliotheca invites slender, cheerful, and responsible girls who perform pole dance (topless) plus consumption. Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old, with or without experience in strip contracts.

Minimum contract duration is 2 weeks. The club’s working hours are from 21:00 to 6:00. Girls arrive at work by 20:00 to prepare. They work 4 days a week (more days are optional). The club has a solarium.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFER

Accommodation is available at a cost of 250₽ per day. Taxi to and from work and apartments costs approximately 200₽ each way, shared among the girls. The distance from the apartments to the club is about 10 minutes.

SALARY AND BONUS PAYMENTS

The base rate for girls from Prestige Model Agency is 500₽, non-refundable. Private dance – 1 melody – costs 3000₽, split 50/50 with the club. Karaoke for 1 hour earns 3000₽ (50/50 with the club). Tips are split 50/50 with the club. Prices for champagne/wine, glasses, and cocktails vary. Consumption at the bar and kitchen is accounted for.

DRESS CODE AT THE CLUB

According to feedback from Prestige Model Agency, striptease dancers should look intriguing, stunning, and enticing. Provocative bodysuits, erotic lingerie, transparent negligees, and striking strip costumes are ideal choices. Footwear is a key element. It’s recommended to bring multiple pairs. Completing the look with bold makeup, beautiful nails, and stylish hair adds to the allure.

Most girls work on strips, but it’s not the only option. Much depends on height and outfit.

GETTING TO THE CLUB

Upon arrival in Tyumen, girls make their way to the address provided by the club’s administration.
