Durres is a port city on the coast of the Adriatic Sea in western Albania. It is located west of the country’s capital, Tirana, and is the second largest and most richly endowed with attractions in Albania. To truly appreciate the uniqueness of the country, it is essential to visit Durres.

Working Conditions at the Club
The club is looking for young attractive girls for the positions of dancers with consumption. Active consumption is encouraged in the club. Main requirements for dancers:
– Age from 18 years;
– Fluent knowledge of English.
– Ability to move erotically, dance beautifully;
– Slim figure;
– Sociability.
– Preference is given to girls from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Belarus, Estonia, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia.
Experience as a strip dancer in Albania is welcome but not mandatory.
To apply for the position, you need to submit several high-quality photos and fill out an application form. It is also desirable to attach a video.
The contract with strip dancers in Albania is concluded for a period of at least 1 calendar month.
Working Schedule
The club operates daily from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. A day off is provided by agreement with the administration. Each strip dancer in Durres performs an average of 5-6 sets per shift (depending on how many girls are working in the club). Each set consists of 3 dances, each lasting up to 3 minutes. Girls from the Prestige Model Agency dance by the pole in lingerie; stripping on stage is not required. Private dances are performed with stripping: topless and full topless.
Accommodation and Meals
For accommodation, the Prestige Model Agency provides rooms in a private house (with all the necessary amenities). Accommodation is free. Girls pay for their own meals. Food here is inexpensive, and most dancers order delivery during their work in Albania. If desired, they can cook by themselves (the house where the girls live has a convenient kitchen with all the necessary furniture and appliances).
Girls reach Tirana by plane at their own expense. From Tirana Airport to Durres, girls take a taxi, and the taxi fare is covered by the club’s management in Durres.
Attention! If a girl works less than 31 days, the rate for the first 5 days is not paid.
Visa Regime Nuances in Albania:
– Citizens of Moldova, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan do not require a visa. They are provided with an extended stay period – 90 days every six months;
– Citizens of Russia need a visa (except during the summer months);
– Citizens of Belarus need a visa (except during the summer months).
Salary and Bonus Payments at the Club
Pole dancers at the club receive a fixed rate of €40 for each shift worked. Additional bonus payments are provided for consumption and private dances. There is no set consumption rate.
Consumption:
– For each cocktail, the girl is paid €4. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available. A cocktail is consumed in about 10 minutes. To continue communication with the girl, the guest must order another drink.
– A bottle of champagne will bring the girl a bonus of €20.
Girls split tips with the club in a 50/50 ratio.
A private dance lasts 7 minutes.
For each privat topless, the dancer receives €15. For each privat full, the girl receives €25.
The club pays the rate and bonuses every day, on the day after the working shift. Girls receive their salary in the national currency of Albania at the exchange rate of the country’s central bank on the payment date.
Prohibitions, Restrictions, and Penalties at the Club
Attention! Meetings with guests outside the club, intimate relationships with guests and employees of the establishment are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule results in immediate dismissal without payment of wages.
Dress Code at the Club
For girls working only on consumption, there is a dress code: cocktail dresses, elegant, sexy, but by no means vulgar. Evening, long dresses are not suitable. The dress or skirt should be above the knees and emphasize the advantages of your figure.
For girls working as strip dancers, the dress code includes bodysuits, lingerie, and shawls. Pants or jeans, leggings, and shorts are not allowed. Shoes should be high heels 11-15 cm. Ballet flats, sneakers, and trainers are not suitable. Makeup and hairstyle are mandatory elements. Makeup should always be worn! Not daytime, but good evening makeup, with bright expressive eyes and lips. Hair should look well-groomed. Straighten, curl – it’s up to you, but the look should be as if you’re having a celebration! Your appearance is your business card!
How to Get to Durres?
Girls reach Tirana by plane at their own expense. From Tirana Airport to Durres, girls take a taxi, and the taxi fare is covered by the club’s management.
At the airport, the girl should take a yellow taxi to Durres; the journey takes 35 minutes. A representative of the club meets the girl near the apartments.
