• If the girl danced or poured a certain number of glasses / ordered a hookah / a dish from the kitchen for consumption and the amount is equal to or exceeds the combustible guarantor, then she gets exactly what she earned, and the guarantor “burns out”. For example: 3 privates (500₽+500₽+500₽), then she will receive 1500₽ per shift. For 4 privates per shift, she will receive 2000 ₽, etc.
• For a private dance (this is an item from the “crazy menu”), the dancer receives 500 ₽ (2 tracks, 3 minutes each, full naked) .
• For all items from the “crazy menu” payments for her are 50%.
• On consumption, the hostess receives 20% of all drinks / cuisine / hookahs.

During the shift, the girls go on stage in turn, dance 2 tracks, each for 3 minutes: the first track is in clothes, the second is topless. The dancer can keep all tips for herself (but there is no “tea pass”, you can’t go down from the stage and go into the hall). The consumption is passive, it is more an addition to privates and other positions from the Crazy Menu (all positions from the Crazy Menu are offered in an active format). The girl can drink non-alcoholic cocktails. The Sahar Club usually arranges promotions on Mondays and Sundays (at the discretion of the administration). Crazy menu payments are made daily, and a fixed guarantor +% of the consumption is paid at the end of the contract. There are days when there is no consummation for certain positions. On this day, there is a 20% discount on alcohol for guests. If a bottle of strong alcohol is ordered and the guest and the dancer drink it, then 50% of the volume of the bottle is filled with it (wine and champagne do not count). Consumation goes only to what the girl drinks, and not together with the guest. The Sugar Club is open: from 19.00 to 06.00 (Friday and Saturday). On other days – from 20.00 hours. The girl is allowed to take 2 days off per week (except Friday and Saturday). In addition, on one of the days (except Friday and Saturday), she is allowed to go to work at 22.00. There is a schedule that is negotiated with the administration and drawn up a week in advance. On the day off, the girl should spend the night in the apartments provided by the institution! It is forbidden to use mobile phones in the Sugar Club. Penalties are set:

• for being late for a shift – 500-1000 ₽;
• for not showing up for a shift without warning – 3000 ₽;
• for incorrect behavior with guests – 1000-2000 ₽.
