Employment Conditions at Roi Mat Club, Athens
The club is looking for active, cheerful girls for the positions of hostess and go-go dancer with consumption.
Mandatory requirements for candidates:
– Height strictly from 170 cm
– Work experience
– Knowledge of the English language
– Minimum contract duration strictly 60 days.
The main focus is on the hostess vacancy, with go-go as an addition.
Work schedule: 22:00-05:00 on weekdays,
22:00-06:00 Fri, Sat, Sun.
One day off per week, except Thu, Fri, and Sat, by prior agreement with the club management.
Payment Conditions
The rate for girls is €50 per day.
For the first 5 drinks, the girl is credited with €50, the 6th drink goes to the club, and from the 7th, the girl receives 30% per drink.
There are simple glasses priced at €10 (€3 for the girl), double glasses at €20 (€6 for the girl), and triple glasses at €30 (€9 for the girl).
Payment to Prestige Model Agency girls is made daily after the shift.
The rate is paid regardless of whether one, two, or three glasses are sold. However, if the management sees that a girl is not bringing profit or is not interested in work, they may switch her to a percentage without a rate: the first 4 glasses are credited to the girl (the club gets nothing), the 5th goes to the club, and from the 6th, the club gets 50% per glass.
Go-go dancers at Roi Mat Club receive an additional €10 added to their salary for each performance. There may be 2 or 3 performances per night, depending on the workload. If there are no guests, there is no need to dance.
There is no specific dance program; girls are called by the management as needed. The track should be at least 3 minutes long, any song the girl likes. Before the dance, the girl coordinates the track with the DJ. The girl goes upstairs to change, gives him a sign, he can see her well, he turns on the music, the girl dances on stage without undressing. Then the girl changes again and returns to the hall to continue consumption.
Accommodation Conditions
Accommodation is provided in apartments, with 2-3 girls per room, at a cost of €6 per day. The accommodation fee is automatically deducted from the salary every day. Accommodation on the day off is provided free of charge.
Girls commute to and from work independently. Some apartments are within a 15-minute walk from the club, while others are a bit farther away. Sometimes a waiter gives a ride, but not to everyone; girls take turns. The apartments have everything necessary for comfortable living, from dishes, spoons, bed linen, towels, to a washing machine, stove, hot water, internet, and air conditioning. Girls independently maintain order and cleanliness in the apartments.
Dress Code
The management is strict but fair, requiring girls to have a beautiful, well-groomed appearance. Dresses or skirts should not be below the knee. Clothing should be bright. Shoes – high heels or sandals. Go-go costumes can be separate, whatever the girl likes. Mandatory evening, bright makeup.
